You somehow got honor 5 in the 4 days after rank start? doubted. Also, why post a video that is horribly bouncy of your logs... just post the logs. once I saw it was 3 minutes, screw that. I assume it is justified. I have yet to see one that wasn't someone just being super whiney and a dickhead in game but tried to justify it.
The instant feedback system is BOT, it does not take into account context. You are in your placements, someone afk's and since you are human you get upset, i would be too, you make 1 comment that is toxic and you got a 14 day suspension, i think the BOT stepped out of line, i dont think you deserve a suspension, maybe a 5-25 chat ban, this is why i made a ticket for my case, create a ticket my dude and try to get the support team to understand the context and reverse it.

Assuming that was the only chat log in the reform card, then no, I don’t think you should have been banned for it. I would contact riot support about getting it reversed.
As challenger soraka said, you got upset and said something toxic, so you got punished. Nothing controversial here. Just rules being broken, and a punishment being dealt. If it were up to me, chat wouldnt be policed. But alas, I am nobody, and i do not decide the rules.
The chat function in game is specifically designed to get accounts banned. You aren't actually allowed to use it. Riot implemented pings so you don't have to type any words to your teammates anymore. You're not allowed to tell the inting/ afk/ toxic asf/ PvE exclusive jax jg that hes a shithead. That will get you banned while jax gets to go next all day like a fucking shaggy meme (just wont die)
Working as intended guys nothing to see here. Riot has their heads so far up each other's asses that they forgot how to have any fun in a game at all. League is 100% business at this point.
