About bans
Does anyone know why someone that has already sweared your family 2 games in a row deserves a third chance? Obviously he didnt get banned cause he could all chat... But i just wonder why? Thoughts?

Always remember that punishments can take time to be doled out and won't trigger mid-game. Errors can also occur sometimes.
If they said something as simple as "F--k your family" and not "I'm going to murder your family" it could just be that the system needs to build up evidence against the player, since it would be considered Negative Attitude/Player Harassment and not Hate Speech.
If the player hasn't received a punishment before, there's a chance it's going to take more than 2/3 reported games.
Becuase it's a terrible automated system run by people who are overpaid and arrogant.
