Trolls get ya banned now?

I just played a game with trolls on both teams. They called me the n word, the f word (gay slur), and numerous other profane names. One of my teammates literally said he was wandering around feeding on purpose so I would get a loss. Here is the chat logs from my side. Then I'M the one that got suspension?

The same thing has happened to me, but Riot has a policy where if you retaliate to the troll, you're just as bad as they are. So the only way to deal with trolls, is to somehow force yourself to not get angry and naturally anger-inducing things, and not tilt at all whilst you're playing, and then report them at the end of the game.

And honestly, posting only your side of the chat log doesn't help your case I feel. Unless you can get the person you're arguing with's chat log, it just has an effect that makes everything you're saying unjustly toxic although I understand what's going on.

All reports result in automated punishments. No chats are reviewed by humans. The chat is scanned for keywords. Saying "report..." to anyone unfortunately flags your account as negative, regardless if the person is trolling or afk. Riot understands this to be the case, but refused to improve or address it as a means to fix it soon. The only solution is to start a petition to get Riot Games to actually make quality of life improvements to League of Legends.

yes they are banning people for asking that someone be reported. riot has said it is considered abusive.
