Lower Priority Queue

Was recently placed in a lower priority queue for 5 games after an internet crash. That's fine I understand enforcing the rules. My only grievance is that while in such queue I can no longer look in the rune shop or adjust masteries and the sort. Why is it that this queue though you have to wait does not afford the same rights to modification. This is a bit extreme.

I'll vote yes. I don't see why not, since you're already making the person wait all that time before they drop into the queue as it is. Granted, I don't see a ton of use for it personally (I've got runes and masteries set as I want them, so don't have any real reason to change them around a bunch).

YES.

Never had low priority myself but a friend has and it affects the whole party. It's rubbish.

I can't even type during lower priority queue and since there's no official app on android market "yet" and considering I don't like using 3rd Party apps, I can't respond to people.

I was in a 20 minute low priority queue and I understand I caused it on myself but I have friend on league that I couldn't type to without getting on my phone app because I couldn't do anything.

I think this idea could help it as a punishment. If there is literally nothing you can do in the client while you wait 20 minutes, then you simply won't be looking at the client. You'll be browsing YouTube or whatever. However, if you're able to still do things in the client, you'll be paying more attention to the timer counting down, and likely run out of things you want to do in that 20 minutes. It drives in the severity of the punishment more.
