Banning system should be improved
In it's current state look like it should definetly take some attention on certain aspects regarding toxic behaviour .
As I am an player who play EUNE/EUW you may not find that necessary for your server ,as there from what I see since i accesed this NA board is an more chill and more kind community so that's why i present here my ideeas regarding some changes to banning system cause on EUW/EUNE is an impossible mission to do it.
First of all in it current state this banning system bans you only regarding your chat logs ,sometimes even for 1 game , problem appears when you not tend to flame people just making low remarks about someone gameplay , you get punished for stuffs like this too , it still takes time for me to understand why this happening because overall only more experienced people tend to make critics about gameplay overall, and they most of time they are right when saying some stuffs and they just tend to help team to win. So if you tend to be 96% of your all games played positive and only 4% to share some bad behaviour or be angry ,then that 4 % can land you to an punishment ,so if you would play chill for 6 months and at an moment would happen to have 3 games constantly been angry you would get punished for that moment you was negatively , but what riot dosn't care about is that you stayed all these 6 months 96 % positive , so the banning system should overall ban you just when you constantly share bad behaviour for a longer time like an proccent of the games you played. This would balance system regarding bans and punishment submited based on how ofteen someone seems to play , an player who spend 1 hour a day to play league of legends have lower chances to get punished while an player who spend more much time than this tend to entry into more many games and actually get angry at a point as he can deal with toxic behaviour throught these games , that's the case when you play EUW/EUNE servers.
My point was also the fact that the system shouldn't look for 6 months to reset on 0 punishments for people who been positive more than 3 months , let's say you been toxic at an moment got banned , you unlock hextech rewards etc... , not many stuffs stop you to be toxic again , so if it's to be toxic to ain't be able to play this game you shouldn't even pass of 1 month or 2 to ain't get banned again ,so that's why there is no point to reset toxicity punishment just over 6 months since the player ain't shared toxic behaviour for at least 3 months should be enought ,cause 6 months is an half a year is quit much ,so the system avoid to ban people who try to get chill and calm , and then it ban just people who are toxic constantly after getting punished
For my case i am sure there ain't many people to understand what seems too look eune/euw servers when it comes about flame and toxic behaviour in games , is certanly ain't easy to be chill on these servers from europe, as here most of people are sharing negatively behaviour and just an small percent share neutral behaviour or positive behaviour , since this happens of over 3 years since permanent bans been implented , i see every day assaulted boards with permanent bans topics , while ain't fun i also see myself quiting this game because it's not funny to deal all time of such players and then be banned cause you start to be like them at a point when you get angry , I personally think that banning system should be adapt based on servers and improved accordingly to how different are these servers and how is the behaviour in most of the games people play.
Actually in order to prevent the banning of people who overall are quit possitive and ain't involve into toxic behaviour i feel necessary before you ban them to warn them , so they can remind to be positive and to don't share bad behaviour and also to get back to an punishment , even if it's quit hard to be chill and calm all time ,such warns would help , like in soccer when an player who recieve warns before he get an yellow card ,like this you tend to be more care what you do and how you play if you get an warn before you get punished , so that's should somehow stop people to be toxic until they ain't insist to get there and be punished.
