Everyone has the experience that some of the teammates played trash and feeding all time. Told them to play safe and they never listen to it. So in this situation they are playing like they are trash so why I can't call them trash? They ruined my game experience so I can't so some trash talk? They make me lose the game and I can't abuse them? Even I try to report them and they never get banned.

Because you are not allowed to harass your teammates. Doesn't matter if they are playing good. playing bad, or flat out INTing and trolling.

people don't get banned for playing badly. also you can call them trash and abuse them but you're likely going to get punished and eventually lose your account.
Just becuase someone plays badly, dosen't mean you have to remind them.

you AGREED to the ToS and by extent the summoners code when you signed up/downloaded the game, and you violated it, and in turn you recieve punishment.

This is what this community has become, a collection of spoiled entitled little children who think that its ok to flame and degrade thier teammates.
You spend the game flaming and degrading them, and you are suprised when they play worse...NOT BETTER?! This community shows how truly pathetic it really is. And the sad thing is. People will give this guy a free pass using his own words "Well maybe dont suck so much and you wont deserve to to be flamed"
