How am i a chat restrict but others aren't?

To begin with I would like to say that I Understand the fact that i was toxic and got a penalty I recently got chat restrict for 2 games where people literally threatenned my parents flamed whole game about me about me being D4 last season and insulting me of turkish for some reason, hard pinging to do something when they hard fed,...

And as I see none of those people got something but i did they were like 1/5 guys or 0/8 for the most. For those who don't like to read all chat logs i'll resume

is about a Draven who just perma flame about (muted him after he threatenned my parents):

  • Me being bad, etc.
  • That my mother wasted 9 month and that he would like to kill her and my father
  • hard pinging (not only me) for not ganking losing and pushing lane
  • Saying that i'am turkish (I'm not), obvious racism
  • Also flamed other teamates

And a nocturne (probably a smurf lv31) :

  • Hard pinging
  • Making fun of my d4 last season because I am now g2
  • Saying that the other Jgl has 15 kp when I got none ( only like 1-2 kills in the team, hard losing game )

to both of them I replied:

  • You are so toxic I am happy that we're losing and I don't really mind
  • I typed in /all to report draven for toxicity and cancer multiple times
  • Said that nocturne is probably hardstuck and smurfing so he should do smtg
  • Can't do anything if you don't follow because they are going to troll me
  • Saying to a teamate who just died 1v1 if he knew that minions hurts (he didn't even know how to play his champ in the end)
  • "idc if we are going to lose"
  • "Draven you are pitful and a sore loser"
  • "Do you guys know lane control?", to those asking for ganks

Wasn't much, just me complaining a bit as a 3/3/2 jungle (didnt flame the 2/7/2 nami but wanted to) My team kept complainning a lot and mostly that i didn't do anything when they hard fed solo/duo on their lane about akali t tier i was asking to be sure and they replied "she will never be"

to 1/8 kayle and 0/8 akali :

  • Useless, blind
  • Can only use one spell (R)
  • "mid is troll and top is filled"
  • threatenned to be afk

I tried to type every relevant sentences for me and the other people involved. I do understand that i was toxic and deserve my chat restrict so please do something about them. Especially in GAME 1 where Draven talked about my parents and was racist and ur telling me that they should not be punished by any mean but I should So what i want to know is why aren't they getting something ? should I wait for them to flame another game when they directly flamed me and are going to have fun seeing the guy they flamed getting penalties ? I thought that riot didn't wish unsportsman like attitude to have place but now I tried to carry a game as a jungler 3/3 and some hard inters who together got 1/16 of score (game 2) and some ultra toxic people (game 1)are better than me, tried to win and got me chat restrict what a good joke I hope that they get something or that I, like them get nothing, i call for equality.

To answer your title, it is possible for playerA to get punished and playerB not to, even though playerB was waaayyyyy more toxic . Let's say playerA started the game with the toxicity meter at 95% and playerB's at 35%. Ingame, playerB said some pretty nasty shit and playerA responds with some minor shit. After the game, playerA gains 10% toxicity and playerB gains 50%. Now playerA is at 105% toxicity and gets punished, whereas playerB is at 85%, and not punished in that specific game, even though playerB was found to be 5x more toxic than playerA in that game.

Then that's all you need to understand. Your punishment has nothing to do with them, their punishments (or lack of) have nothing to do with you.

As others have said, you have no idea if they got chat restricted or the current standing of their account. One more game could be what pushes them over to a punishment. Additionally, you're threatening to AFK in matches, and you probably did AFK.

So is your whole point that you dont THINK they got chat restricted and that would be fucked up if youre right? Cuz you know... you have no way of knowing they didnt get a chat restrict. Also everyones accounts are at different levels of toxicity so two people making the same violation could result in two different punishments. Anyway, I recommend you stop caring about these anonymous strangers and move on. Literally no point in thinking about it. Only hurting yourself with your thoughts of potential injustice.
