League is now Babysitting Simulator 2017 (Chat restrictions dished out for the wrong reasons.)

I just played a game with a Blitzcrank who intentionally trolled and AFKd between trolling. After a while he started following me around in the jungle and taking all my jungle CS so i was extremely far behind and couldn't participate with my team. The opposing jungler noticed that my CS and level were very low and started appropriately counterjungling me, but the Blitzcrank would just run away and let me die while he was afk under turret (didn't even try to hook.) The enemy jungler started talking in All Chat giving me "advice" that I needed to farm more CS when behind. At this point, I was frustrated, and responded in all chat that my support was trolling: That he would go afk and and then steal jungle cs, and that there was nothing I could do. At this point the enemy team started shit talking me for "blaming" the poor poor support, because they couldn't see that he was AFK and 100% intentionally assisting the enemy team. I never insulted ANYONE. I never shit talked, but after the game I got a chat restriction and lost ALL of my honor.

I honestly have no idea how this system works. Apparently you're not supposed to type at all, and people who intentionally troll and throw games on purpose go without punishment? Is League no longer a competitive game, and instead just Babysitting Simulator 2017?

So I'm guessing you flamed the Blitzcrank. Even if we accept the idea he deserved it (which he didn't), you still subjected the other three people on your team to your toxicity and possibly the enemies as well.

Most of us that received a bogus "don't say anything that isn't about gumdrop buttons" mute agree. Most of everyone does honestly.
