Trolls in Ranked

Basically, I was in ranked promos, and we had a veigar and graves both flash for no reason at around 45 seconds and then veigar actually ran it down mid, executing thankfully, and then he tps back to lane. After that he starts feeding the enemy jax top lane by walking top and dying to turret, and staying top in between inner turret and outer turret to give Jax another free kill. Then, he gives his swain a free kill. By this point, the Graves has also accumulated a few deaths. Soon enough, the veigar chases the gragas jungle up to bot inner turret and then the level 7 or 8 Veigar walks into turret, walking in a straight line, not changing his course, not using abilities to try to kill the gragas. Later on, Veigar states in chat, "It's so hard to get to Bronze 5", or something like that, and proceeds to play poorly the rest of the game. I looked at his match history after the game, and his last three games he had over 15 kills. I'm just really irritated why people like them can affect our mmr.
