Can anyone tell me if they ever got lifted from a 14 day suspension or permabann.

I was lifted from a 14-day ban, after 14 days.

There are several instances of Riot lifting 14-day and permanent bans, but they are few and far between.

An incomplete selection of the ones I remember: 1) The infamous EUW reform card which had no negative behavior of any kind on it. 2) The original proxy Singed. 3) A player who fell into double jeopardy, and received a permaban which was later downgraded to 14 days. 4) A month or two ago, a not-insignificant number of players mysteriously received 14-day bans, which were all in error and Riot overturned them several days later.

Those are the ones I can think of off-hand, and don't include other 'liftable' suspensions such as chargebacks, account security, or inappropriate name suspensions.

In general, Riot support works, but is also overworked. It takes them half a week for what other companies do in half a day, simply because there are so many tickets all the time

Riot does not lift bans.

Why would it? You got what you deserve.

Bans for behavioral issues are never overturned. From Ulanopo's Knowledge Base:

Is there any way to remove my permaban?”

Keep in mind that we don’t have the power to remove your ban. Only Riot has that ability.

• Inappropriate name
• Payment problems

I have a 14 days suspension but im getting my ban lifted today around 11.45pm....
