i m playing lol 7 years by now and never afk games until now my internet connection had a really bad problem and without my will i afk on 3 games and 2 i reconnected wth hard way it is normal to go to low priority games?

Shit yeah, it is. Those people needed you, and you weren't there.
Sucks that it's apparently out of your control, but after the first and certainly second disconnect, you should have taken steps to solving your problems, not just continued to play more games.
its true but this is paranormal mate when i was playing lol this time my net shut down its crazy....
In a small period of time or with very few games between your AFKs, yes that is normal.
It depends on how long it took you to reconnect. It doesn't take long at all before those games will flag you as being AFK even if you did reconnect and finish the game.
