14 day ban for this? Can I have it removed?

Banned for this?

I got a 14 day ban for this, where I am not even toxic. Usually when people post that they've gotten a 14-day ban, there's examples from 3-4 matches. As you can see from the imgur link I posted, there was only provided chat logs from a single game I played and the things I wrote was deemed 'unacceptable behaviour'. This does not make sense as I am literally not being toxic.

I wrote ''ggwp'' after missing two CS in botlane. Is that unacceptable behaviour?

I wrote 'jesus ******g christ' 'loool' 'LOOOL' after my team and I failed to chase the enemy Jinx, where the Katarina on my team flashed over the wall at dragon, hit the Blast Cone and went right back over the wall she flashed. The whole team found this funny and I do not understand why I would be punished for having fun and not taking the game too seriously.

The rest of the logs are basic in-game logs I deem pointless and definitely not toxic in this situation, so I will not address them.

Having all my honor removed as a consequence of a misunderstood situation in this case is really unfortunate for me.

If there's anything that can be done, I would be really happy.

The truth is that the IFS is a CROCK OF SHIT. No matter how much they tell this brazen lie about number of reports not mattering, this outright false. It doesn't matter what you type, if multiple people just don't like you and/or false report you, then you will be at high risk of getting (unfairly) punished.

And their """support""" team has no interest in actually supporting whatsoever, they are simply Rito's little lapdogs that will damage control any punishment given to you and try to justify anything this little poorly programmed IFS robot does when it can be easily abused or exploited. The support doesn't care if you weren't toxic or the punishment is absurd given the action, they will simply take any little thing that could ever possible be interpreted as negative, cynical, critical, passive aggressive, rude, or complaining and go "yep, you deserved it, tough shit"

It's such a joke.

Ridiculous reason for a ban. Of course, you could be hiding stuff, yada yada. But even listing this chatlog as a reason for your ban is ridiculous. You took the Lord's name in vain... you'll deal with that at your final judgment, but you werent flaming anyone, just general comments... Pretty silly. I hope I don't get punished when I type: "what the fucking hell" after i get run over by a tank with no damage items (ahem Mundo)

So around two hours ago I got an e-mail from Riot Support. My ban is lifted, honor is reset. All is well. Thanks everyone for your comments and attention, including those who thought I was guilty. :)

This seems odd, and I didn't see anything in your match history on op.gg that would suggest griefing. Assuming you're being truthful here I would highly recommend filing a support ticket and seeing if they can help you out here.

Yeah it doesn't really seem that bad, at least not when compared to other things that bring on the 14 day ban. Maybe the support ticket will give better insight or be able to reverse it.

Coming from a guy that has 19 permabanned accounts, this is indeed weak sauce.

This definitely doesn't deserve to be banned, I think the "fuck" + report = punishment. Riot really do be like that.

dont type "EZ" ever, because the system think you are shorthand typing "easy". Its a ridiculous but the automated system finds this to be slightly negative. Never type "gg" "ggwp" or "ff" 3 or more times in a game this is also a trigger if you do this often (I know this didnt happen here, but just be aware). The system also hates one word, quickly typed sentences. So if you type one word and hit enter very fast. The system will assign this a small negative value (I think it considers it spam).

Anyway, just assume your teammates are going to report you every single game you are losing. As you can see the automated system is a mess and always has been. You will probably get this overturned if you didn't hide anything. But, just be aware the system is hyper sensitive and to just avoid typing at all. Typing baron is up or lets fight for drake. Obviously, not going to trigger. BUT, saying anything ironic, joking or not. too risky in snowflake meta.

A bit late to the battle, but I'm glad this is resolved. I don't even know what was supposed to be toxic in this chatlog, and if that truly warranted a 14-day ban then every LoL player who has chat enabled would be banned.

Anyway, nice to see support can be helpful and understanding. I hope this doesn't happen again.

next time you will get a perma ban. And chat log must be from 3 games. you didnt show us all chat logs...
