My friend flame us teamates

My friend RobiRo1231 flame all of us teamates and i dont know what 2 do i keep tolding him that he lose a lot of games by doing this flame and vb abuse until he tilts ppl other times he goes afk could you learn him a leasson like a 14 days one so he wont flame anymore and tilt ppl please respond 2 me
