yea i need urgent help my account was banned for 2 weeks to be unabnned yesterdy i think but i havent played on it since it got unabnned,few minutes ago i got a email at work sayin i was permabanned,what teh hell is goin on i saw the logs but it wasnt me what do i do i try the recovery thing but it has a bunch of questions i dont know the answer 2,how am i soppose to remmeber the foirst 5 champs i cought 4 years ago i need help is there a way to talk to somone directly am freakin out man,or is this some kind of bug

It probably means that your account has been hacked. Which is why they suspended it.

They are going to try to ask you questions that only you know. If you can't answer it, then you probably can't get your account back.

the email said permabanned not suspended,these questions make no sense ive had my acc for years how can i remmeber stuff like tahts,first champ bought how much rp the ip address from were i log in wth man cant i jus talk to a real riot employee is there any way,i am seriously freakin out i dont have a back up acc n ive spent alot of money on that acc
