Riot needs to do something about inting
Seems like every other game I get into someone gets pissy and purposely feeds for some reason in ranked, how am I supposed to get out of silver with this happening constantly.

Riot rather you physically troll and be a dick to get your anger out, rather than use your words. You can get banned for your words, not your actions. Riot is the definition of a thin skin company killing themselves with shitty rules that only get half ass enforced. I think someone at riot has a asexual, queer, autistic kid, and want's nothing but nice words on their game, otherwise everything else is chill. Go ahead, feed, bot, afk, do what you want. Riot only cares once you hurt their poor feelers.
They already are doing something about, just not by your's or everyone elses standards.
It's just not as easy to catch as someone being toxic in the chat.
Also, every player's definition of intentionally feeding doesn't always imply they're intentionally feeding. People just say that just out of anger, just to
be inflammatory, or unaware of what's going on.
So the people you're claiming that they're intentionally feeding doesn't mean they're actually meaning to feed

If up is not the way to go, there's also bronze and soon iron.
I agree they could do better (maybe i should say i wish they would do better), but it is just so hard to determine that in a PvP game. People can outsmart other people. People's skill levels can vary dramatically, even at the same rank. I have friends that i could make look stupid by playing them 1v1, but theyre all silver scrubs like myself. Its just god damn impossible. Alot of people will have an idea in mind or just get focused on getting that last hit for a kill and if the enemy made a mistake they would have gotten that kill, but since the enemy didnt make a mistake, it just looks like they died for no reason. Ive even said in voice chat "what a fucking retard" orsome shit like that, even though I KNOW exactly why they made that stupid play.
Not too long ago had a fed Jhin who complained about team not ff'ing 15 minutes in ranked, in a match we weren't even getting stomped in, mid just fed, who then was ready to open mid, ran it down about 3 times before afk'ing for 3 minutes in which we almost lost. Lo and behold, we won, within one easy teamfight because Irelia scaled. Luckily the rest of my team kept it cool(Irelia was toxic but still kept it cooler than Jhin) so I didn't lose LP in an easy match. I screenshot him being toxic in chat and implying he was afk/purposefully feeding, sent in the ticket with the match link, and was told "it seems like this Jhin just had a bad game and gave up after awhile." Seriously made me mad, but I'm still hoping by some chance the guy got what was coming to him.
