Manually Reported Player That Used Racist/Hate Speech/Toxic Remarks, Still Unbanned

So I manually reported (via the support page) a player that was extremely toxic in-game, and then friend requested me and started being verbally abusive and using racist remarks (N word) and telling my mom to die of cancer, et al. I screenshotted and submitted to Riot, asked for a manual review by a real person (got a reply they'll look into it). That was a few days ago. Checked the player's match history, and he/she is still active and playing games to this hour. Hello Riot?

Hello Chønklord? Do you not think that there's a backlog of this stuff? If you're from the USA, surely you know it's a major holiday weekend as well. It's best to not dwell on racist assholes, go about your life and be patient with the handling of this kind of thing. No matter what happens, they aren't going to give you any information on action taken against another player's account (or not).

If he was extremely toxic in-game, why did you accept the friend request after game? Looks like you're goading him on too hoping he'll say things so you can report. It looks like you purposely accepted the friend request looking for him to be toxic so you can report.
