That's beside the point. If your ISP won't tell their own customer (you) when their internet is down, why would they tell a random company (Rito) when their internet is down? You think Rito should spend the resources to verify with every ISP on the planet whenever someone make a claim it's their ISP's fault?
Also, you do not get afk ban for one, two, or even three afk. You must had afk in quite a few games to even get "afk ban". If you don't have reliable internet, perhaps you should not be bringing your issue onto the other 9 players.
Riot should seriously factor a middleman into their program.
