I recived 25 chat-restric when i get mad in ranked games beacuse people troll picks/grief etc. So from now i will report every player that will be in same game as me, with no reason at all! Just a payback beacuse people made so i get char restric when im serious in ranked games and don't accept that you join and just troll.

If you were flaming and breaking the rules yourself, then yes, your punishment is justified. Other people's misbehaviour doesn't excuse your own.
So from now i will report every player that will be in same game as me,

Fake reports hold no value and won't affect anyone.
