So I am playing a game, rangar jungle. Enemy team has dragon soul we dont have single drake. Baron is spawning at the same time as elder whole team comes elder and rengar starts solo baron. Of course we dont get elder but i manage to atleast help the rengar and two of us have baron. Then they literally go end the game and we wait to fight under inhibitor turret. They have elder and straight up just one shot the team. Rengar of course is going for a split push he legit takes one turret before inhib turret and the enemy team just ends the game. Now please explain to me how am i supposed to get out of gold when almost every game is fucking impossible to carry even when i talk to them and try to give them advice they still act like fucking monkeys and this rengar just blames me and others for not being able to defent. The game wasnt even that one sided because we very winning every teamfight before.

You don't get banned by no flaming teammates, which doesn't sound like what you've described here. If you're frustrated with your team, just try to keep yourself focused, and what come will come. If they're making dumb decisions, there's nothing you can say or do that will change that outcome.

As a heads up, playing at the immediate start of the season is always rough, since that's when the majority of people of all skill level will start trying to play, so you're playing a stacked game of Russian Roulette with your standing.

Do you want to know how to get banned or how to win games? Your title asks one thing, and your post asks something different, but the answer is the same - realize this is not a life or death situation, it's a video game.

Be accepting of the fact that you are going to lose about 50% of your matches. To climb, you only need to win slightly more than 50%. Sometimes you're going to make the right call and people won't listen. Sometimes they're going to make the right call and you won't listen. If you find yourself stuck, you ultimately need to change what you're doing. Try different roles, different champions, different builds. You are ultimately in charge of your own climb.

Realize that there is a better chance for the enemy team to have bad, negative, toxic, AFK players on their team than on yours. Focus on your own gameplay instead of others. Keep your head up, brush these games off, and move on. Everyone has these games and again, you are more likely to benefit from players that bring negative experiences to the game than you are to be hurt by them.

As others have said, you aren't the boss. You need to treat this like a team game. You are not always the most right. And even if you are right, there's nothing that says your teammates must agree with you. If you can't persuade them in a polite way to go with your plan, then you need to compromise and help them with their plan.
