Reports / Bans / Trolls - and the annoyance of being dragged down to other's level

To whom it may concern,

Been playing for more than 3 years or so, to the best of my recollection this si my second or third time I've ever had a report/warning/restriction <== This last one a first and for some reason, this seems odd and wrong, I'll be the first to admit that I did curse, I was frustrated and I am totally annoyed with three things regarding these:

First - If you are going to paste everything I typed in game back to me, please include all the text and I mean from other players too as to put it into context

Second - If someone right off the bat starts saying/typing that they'll report and threatens to get you reported/banned and it happens, well, there is clearly something wrong with this system.

Third - If only muting was able to be done to the annoying repetitive PINGS of the same player as well <== THIS WOULD BE AWESOME and might help more, than what you suggest in section VII of the summoner's code agreement "muting and ignoring" DOES NOT SOLVE IT and bring you more problems (I only need to see the animations and colors of them "if I so wish to" to know what they mean) the implemented pings are good and all, but a lot of people use them wrong and abuse them or bother with these as well.

It's simple people, if you don't understand them quite well:

Red - RUN!!! away from there and to your team if near. The rest look at this area and or join us.

No turning down my sound is not an option for me, I like to hear what I'm doing, playing, watching.

Games get ruined in more than one way and you touch upon very few of these issues, and to that effect I'll point you to a previous game I had where people even when winning just decided to not do anything more, no not AFK, just walk and stand away from everything else, after we got him fed, and then decided we should lose, a game we won even having started as a 4 vs 5 ( I understand a lot of reasons could have caused it and do not take this into account into "reporting and rallying people to do so" <== which I think is a reason to get reprimanded) look into this game or these situations, the game was played: by: Aknathar (me) Summoner's Rift Ranked (Draft Mode) 54:52 5/1/2016

54:52 of which 20 or so minutes was painfully seeing as a won game (and yes it was won) just got thrown by a troll... Infuriating.

Don't think I've ever written so much in a single community post, but I am really mad at these situations, even if they have not really happened that much to me, I don't have as much time nowadays as I would like to TRY and enjoy what I enjoy, to have it ruined by trolls, infants or simply humans empowered by such a thing.

Ignoring/muting <== does not work and brings more problems, (ignoring, uncooperative).

Recruiting for reports <== punish that.

Mute button for pings <== simple patch.

Thrown under bus by people that are ahead and do not get objectives then lose game and flame or report because of this? <== Bad!

So many things... Ruin games...
