Sometimes it's hard to play League

I know in normal games (not ranked) is not required to tryhard but I'm playing like drafts and in draft people should at least try to play am I right?

also sometimes waiting for game takes too long:

• I wait for 3 min I get through half champ select until someone leaves and I restart queue because of someone I don't like or usualy that enemies now know what you are going to pick
