TL;DR Guy shows up tells us we cant lane swap or hell feeed threatans to throw and is toxic what do i do from here? how do i get a riot employee to help ban him

As per the Universal Rules, player reporting/shaming is not allowed here on the forums because it can lead to unnecessary witch hunts. Because of this, I've gone ahead and edited out the other summoners' names and replaced them with Player 1-4.

If you have any questions or concerns about this action, please visit us in the pbm section of the Boards Moderation Discord.

Now, I understand it's difficult to run into these types of players, we all do at one point in time, however the boards are simply not the place to report them. If you played through the game, I encourage you to report the player using the post-game report system. If they didn't exhibit any toxic behavior in-game, make sure to specify that you are reporting them for the pre-game chat. While the Instant Feedback System does not look at pre/post game chat initially, it is still recorded and can be pulled for a manual review if needed.

Alternatively, while not quite as effective, if you absolutely wish you can submit a ticket to Player Support. They won't tell you what action they take, if any, but it can help.
