Riot please. I have played this game for years, literally years. With an overall total of like 132 days of playing this game in terms of hours. And I have worked my ass off for so long trying to be as best as I can. And although the season is over and I can no longer receive rewards, I am still trying my hardest every game to rank up as much as possible knowing that the season is about to reset. And I am now plat 1 ever so close to my goal of reaching diamond. I just played a game in which I tried so hard to encourage my team and to make the best shot calling that I could as a hopefully ever growing player. But even though I did very well, and encouraged my team and was even so close to victory at one point during the game despite having been losing the whole game, we have that one player that is just trashing anyone who makes a mistake. And we have all had that player. I have seen so many of those. I've been one myself. And I have learned from my mistakes and I have gotten so much better because of it. But the last play that could have won us the game, shen ults onto a target who ended up dying and this player just roasts and roasts the shen. Lines of chat with toxicity and childlike behavior. To which i responded after hearing it all game, "Stop typing, we can still win this, youre just going to tilt him" to which she replies, "idc lose" and then proceeds to farm jungle only and purposefully feed the enemies and we then lost. To which she taunted me after game and just repeatedly typed "hahahahah" after I explained that I was just trying to get to diamond and I have been working hard. I have reported toxic players before and nothing ever happens. Feeders, unbelievably toxic play, anything deserving of actually being reported, and nothing ever happens to punish players who ruin games of players who are actually trying to climb. I know I sound like a kid, and excuse me for it. But try to understand that I have played this game for so long and tried so hard to improve, and people like this crush my spirits and make me hate this game sometimes, and I just wish people would do a better job to remove players like this from the game.

Talking about toxicity, just few minutes ago, a moderator from riot deleted a post i made about racism. This situations are very commom for riot, they just dont care about the community, they only care about pro scene, i have limited myself to only play cop vs ai games in this server, i feel so sad that in the heat of 21 century theres still people offending other persons in videogames, they just dont realize theres real persons behind the screen of the other characters??? its actually so sad, dont worry, riot always try to hide this kind of situations, so maybe your post, same as mine will be deleted, or will be filled with negative comments from toxic ppl.

Dont worry mate, take a shower, drink some tea, listen some lofi hip hop beats for study/relax on youtube, and chill, thats what i do when im down.

You have no way of knowing this. Other people's punishments aren't public, and IFS notifications don't always pop up (which is intentional, so as to reduce sam).
