so i get a chat restriction ok fair enough i was mad and expected it to happen next day after clearing said chat restriction i get a 14 day suspension for the same game i got a chat restriction for is this a joke whats the point of giving me a chat restriction then if your just gonna ban me this is my first offense in 5 years maybe this game aint worth it [slayer-jinx-unamused]

Was it actually the exact same game? If so, submit a ticket because that's not how the system is designed to work.
If it was for the same thing from a different game then that's on you.
It's rare, but there have been cases similar to this where a player received one tier of punishment, but then Riot - through manual review of the case - finds that the IFS applied too light of a punishment, so they bump it up to something more fitting.
I can't really say if this case perfectly applies to you, and I'm not about to assume either way (if the punishment tier increase was just or not) without seeing your chat logs first.
If you want a peer-review of your behavior to try and get an understanding from other players as to why you may have been bumped up a punishment tier, you can post your chat logs. Otherwise, if you want to get Riot's verdict or try to appeal the ban, you'll want to send in a Support Ticket.

You think that's bad? I played a game where my support left the game and the team gave up. Giving up (afk at spawn) being a bannable offense, I kept playing and just got absolutely destroyed every time I went to lane (1v5 most of the time). We lost at 14 minutes into the game, and I got 2-week ban for intentionally feeding.
It's been 3 days now and player support has proven absolutely useless to me, as is a tradition. Really, why have a bot ban players? Why was the tribunal ever removed? Really disappointed in this company.
What does it say when you log in?
I have had this happen to me before, on a different account, and I just assumed that they held a record of punishable behavior for x amount of time. I thought nothing of it but if you, and others, feel that the system shouldn't do this then I would suggest open a ticket with the support team.
Like I said, I just assumed it held punishable behavior for so long... I never actually looked into if it does or not. Nor did I even submit a ticket to ask if that is the case.
