Did the summoner code of conduct change?

Cause one of tips say that people who follow the code win i think it was 15% more games. I find that hard to believe because I follow it by speaking only when necessary and don't get involved in arguements still lose a lot. Just recently i play a normal match and had 3 trash talkers on the enemy team and win the game easily. I then check their match history and find that they have a lot of wins. Never once have i won against a trash talker. Now i am wondering if they changed the code to say that trash talkers win more games than people who don't.

Trash talkers and people who call others out on their mistakes generally win more games. The people who lose games are the clowns in this thread who support the perma-ban system because they get so butthurt that people call them out on their mistakes. They literally sit there crying irl the entire game ready to fire reports away as soon as the game is over instead of worrying about playing better and winning.

People who say nothing either 1.) Don't have a sack. or 2.) Don't care about winning games. Either way, I don't want to have either on my team.

The thing is Riot's definition of toxic players is extremely different than the rest of the worlds. According to Riot only 8% of their players are toxic. In reality it is hard to get through a game without someone on either team breaking the summoners code. Take LeBraum James GG below. His attitude is completely against everything the code stands for. People who call our others for their mistakes do not win more games. Do you like it when everyone waves their finger at you for every little mistake you make? Course not. No one does and to think otherwise is hilarious. No one is perfect. Everyone makes mistakes and the people who feel the uncontrollable need to harass someone every time they make a mistake clearly are looking for an avenue to direct their failures IRL at someone else. If someone makes a mistake and dies, they know it and pointing it out does nothing be increase the likelihood you will lose.
