Allow us to turn off chat completely

I, with a lot more than 0.2% of the league community, have been toxic in games. Sometimes I can keep my cool and mute people, but sometimes my patience can run thin and I tilt on people on my team. Not gonna sit here and tell you why I find it acceptable to do so but none the less it happens. I have anger issues and sometimes if I can hit enter and type, I'm gonna tell people off. If there was an option to turn off chat, I would turn it off. Not just mute everyone on my team and enemy team. That does nothing when one of my teammates does something extremely stupid that makes me angry because I can still hit the enter button in a fit of rage and start typing away. Allow me to make that choice, I know myself, I know I will tilt., but I know if there was a "disable chat" button... I would disable the chat and never have the possibility to rage at anyone ever. I know people are going to be like "well you're toxic and you just shouldn't play if you get mad" but just because you're a perfect little ray of sunshine that never tilts on their team doesnt mean that this shouldn't be a feature for us players that cant control our anger all the time so that we can ensure we dont rage on anyone. Other people are going to say, "you need chat to communicate with your team!!!!" Muting everyone allows me to not see anything people say so that is the same thing except I can chose to allow myself to not communicate either no matter how angry I may get in a game. I can communicate enough with the simple ping features to not need chat, plus the people I chose to play with are usually in skype with me so I don't need to chat communicate anyways. And when I tilt on them in skype they dont care because unlike most of the world right now, they arent overly sensitive to every little word someone says or directs at them.(sorry not sorry).

TL'DR Add an option to turn off the ability to read/type in any chat to allow us more aggressive league players to avoid tilting at team members and make the game a less toxic place. That way there is absolutely no excuse when someone rages at their team mates because if you are prone to raging you can turn your chat off if you dont have the control to not rage. There are absolutely no cons to this feature that arent already cons of muting teammates.
