Report Troll Players

How can I report to ban players who really literally int the games, who ruin my rank games? Most of them I reported and sometimes it didn't show on my client how many they were trolled. Recently, this rework Pantheon was doomed by practice players in rank and that's why my P3 downs to P4 and it continuously down.
