Is toxic all game. And then says "i hope your family dies" is still playing 3 hours later?

Because that isn't ZT and would contribute towards a punishment. So if they haven't served two CR's they would still be able to play even with penalty.
Why are you stalking toxic players?
I'm assuming you reported them.
