Cheating

I just got done with a game where the tristana was booted out at the start, then after I got a triple kill 4v5 they started hitting my router, so not only did I get demoted in the bracket but I got placed into lower priority q's, so I have to wait 20 mins for 5 games. I didn't even afk or disconnect I was 2 fps so I clicked in circles in our base so I wouldn't feed, my states were 11 and 4, they obviously thought 1 person being booted would be enough but then had to boot me when they saw we were winning 4v5, come on Riot stop punishing innocent player.
