Curious on why I was chat restricted.

I was recently chat restricted on League of Legends and am not sure as to why. I was tilted after my bot lane flamed me for not pushing mid after my enemy laner had ganked their lane. Instead I ganked top and blew the enemy top laners flash. I did not see the problem with what I did and they continued to flame me. Following the constant aggression my bot lane gave me, I responded accordingly, telling them to stop flaming if they are 5/20. I just do not like when players freak out at you and tell you how to play when you are just doing your thing. The bot lane Vayne also spam pinged me so when I tell her to look at the map it is just saying what she had already been spamming me to do. I then received a 10 game chat restriction from Riot and went from Honor 5 to Honor 1. Pretty brutal. I can see what I said being a little much but the fact that I lost all the honor I have worked hard for and have been a positive player in the community is just absurd.
