Honor Level Zero

Context: 2 Months ago I got a two week suspension for suggesting someone to kill themselves. Totally deserved it, I understand that. After coming back from that I was in a game with a griefing Teemo adc (obviously trolling out game) I went on to argue with this guy that was blaming me. No profane language was used and was honestly seen as a normal conversation to me but overall it wasn't constructive to the game (pointed out to me by support). This lead to a Permanent Suspension which was later reserved due to a very kind Riot Support that had me go through my chat logs and phyiscally check what was/wasn't constructive to the game.

Fast forward two months and I'm still at honor level zero. I normally get one to two honors a game but don't see any progress getting away from honor level zero. I feel like the time stuck in Honor Level Zero does not have the intended effect that Riot wants. Why would any want to reform or change their ways if you're stuck in punishment until an unspecified amount of time? This time can increase and decrease as well which makes it even more frustrating because "oh you had a bad game? Enjoy getting reported and set back even further."

I just wanted to voice my own frustration and would like to see a change to this system or the very least a justification to it.

Talk to riot support, though imo your honor may be locked for far longer than normal because of the extreme razor edge your account is dancing on right now.

It's extremely rare that someone gets yet another chance after a valid perma-ban.

Reports alone do not slow your honor level down, only reports the system judged as valid.
