I was trying not to be toxic but I repeatedly asked the poppy to stop the flame in a respectfully reforming manner. I personally think I was wrongly penalized and the above (what I said) should not be punishable.

The IFS is hyper strict; even being negative can lead to a punishment.

Sorry mate, but based on Riot's shitty rules this punishment was warranted

Shield Bash ( Rune) Effects While shielded, gain 1 - 10 bonus Armor and Magic Resist based on Level.

Whenever you gain a new shield, your next basic attack against a champion deals 5 - 30 [+1.5% bonus] (+8.5% New Shield Amount) bonus adaptive damage.
