So i don't think your punishment was unjustified. You were warned about your final chance

You wouldn't get perm ban for that alone. You needed to get several temp bans before you get a perm ban. How many times were you temp ban before?

14 day ban tells you about your last chance. it doesnt need a big toxic explosion for a permaban, 100's of tiny toxic things are also enough.

That line alone would warrant an escalated punishment from the zero tolerance module of the IFS.

The rest of the log is negative and would contribute to a punishment. If you had received any previous punishments on that account, the permaban would be expected.

You harassed your own team member... and then taunted the opposing team..

The ban system was put in place for this exact reason...

Do not feel bad.. I feel like the vast majority of the player base(including me) have had to learn this lesson..when RIOT says zero tolerance.. they mean it.
