Chat ban have gotten a bit excessive

Being actually trolled, half the conversation is me telling him to stop, other half explaining to my teammates that muting him won't stop him from taking my cs. Is this worth a chat ban?

I see 42 lines of text that are all complaining. Even if you feel it was justified, there is not one line that helps anyone win the game. Assuming 5 seconds to read each line, each person on your team spent 3.5 minutes away from the game. For a 30 minute game, that's almost 12% of the game spent reading YOUR complaints instead on actually playing. Maybe you are better than me, but if I am spending that much game time not focusing on my play, I'm not going to have a good game.

And that is just from your chat. Add that you are responding to someone else, that's double the wasted time. I honestly don't enjoy spending almost a quarter of my game watching two people whine at each other and not trying to win.

Yes, the chat restriction is justified.
