Submit a Support Ticket, I have also heard to check your game history and see if there are any games you do not recognize playing
it could be that your account got cracked and somebody used it to script on resulting in a ban obviously. But as i know riot they wont do shit against it so your only alternative is to make a new acc pretty much.
