Can someone know if you've been reported before?

So I was just in this game with a fizz, he was toxic and flaming others while he just sat there doing nothing. So close to the end of the game he said something about reports (didnt care to read all of it) and he said something once we got into end game lobby. This fizz said 4 que report, suggesting that ive been reported 4 games in a row and that caught my eye. Is there someway where someone can look at when you've been reported? supposedly he said his lvl 3 honor would save him from any reported towards him and mine wouldn't?? anything relating to this topic would help.
