Go ahead. Explain logically, using my words only in quotes, how this game that i was banned/reported for is justified.

I think this banning system is horse shit. People say you dont get banned for "cursing". ALright. I cursed. I wasn't offensive in any of my text. I expressed my emotions using some curse words, but I was not being offensive to ANYONE. I didn't rage at anyone. I didn't do shit. I used some curse words and I talked out loud in my chat. I have a right to fucking type in chat to my team. I have a right to express myself through my words. Tell me why I should be banned for this section of text.

Go for it. If you arent being realistic then dont bother posting.

You can try to spin your baby raging, Caps-lock key engaging, piss poor toxicity all you want but you're getting nowhere fast.

The community of players and more importantly Riot, both agree your behavior sucks and simply put - you're not wanted.

Take the 14 days to grow up or come back with the same crappy attitude and get banned. Period.

Honestly? No clue... It might have been due to few reports per game, but multiple reports over time (plus rage reports). Personally, I just abstain from cursing in general (cursed once in my life), and I've never gotten banned. I do flame (heh, I'm Silver, go figure), but it never goes beyond "why on earth would you go in on that?!"
