PermaBan account

I was banned 4 months ago sadly. I tried to be clean with my account since my two week ban. I was making changes. mostly ignoring everyone no matter what. and then there was this one game where Teemo and MF fed hard wanted to FF. I said no cuz ill hard carry. They flamed me hard. Then I fell into my old ways sadly. Flamed them then got hit with the permaban. Was i being toxic? Yea sadly. Im not saying or excusing what i did was ok because of what they did to me. Usually I see people say the N word or tell someone to harm themselves. Yes they truly deserve to banned. Dunky saying what he said to that malph? Yea punish him thats too far. but really all i said was "trash" and "loser" still bad but nothing compared to how bad most others are. I submitted a ticket and they guy said. "yes yours is minor but we dont allow any type of toxicity" I guess all I can do is hope the experiment goes good so i can play on my main account again. What do you guys think? I know play on "OmgThatWeeb" Im honor level 3 and silver 4. I got better at the game from keeping a cool head.
