Last week of season = inting acceptable ?

If it isn't why do i all of a sudden encounter 3 times more inters a day than i did during the season, why does the situation repeat itself putting me in a vicious circle of ladder dropping and mmr destroying and why do i get no clue that anything is being done to remediate it, more so making me think it's getting worse. I've seen many excuses about the work being done on the subject, but playing this game as much as i do i can confidently say that you are either barely keeping pace with the problem or you're being outrun by it. I'm not sure if having a consistently decent game experience is too much to ask but i'd love it wasn't.

Probably people that lost their rewards and want to drag you down with them. Or they are just extremely frustrated and so they are flipping tables.

End of season is rough. They are still being banned and such it’s just people’s mental state of mind is at an all time low this time of year. They either need first blood on their favorite champ or they are feeding.

Update Yea so today i had 2 games where i've been put in the position of either 1v9-ing or losing the game (i was close to 1v5-ing but not 1v9 so that wasn't good enough). Third game, to top it off i've been presented with a teammate with a healthy mentality that told him he should go afk for 5 minutes - reconnect - spend time in base flaming for 10 minutes - then soft int till the game ends because someone took his blue buff after the 20 mins mark. He had a good score though by soft inting and only last-hitting things in teamfights so i guess he won't get banned for his over-the-top toxic behavior. I guess this is the system and we should either hate it or get used to it.
