Permabanned after DC'ing one game

This account HAS been punished in the past, but I have completely reformed. I pretty much only play with friends now and NEVER talk in chat unless it's referring to strategy. My last game on this account, I ended up getting DC'd and just left for the night because I couldn't reconnect. I logged in after class today and was perma banned. I have received multiple honor check points since my last punishment and really think this is unfair. I have played hundreds of games without being toxic/leaving/etc. I believe the automatic system flagged me and perma banned me.

I don't know why it's a thing for banned players to focus on the last thing they were doing before they got banned. "Banned after one death?" "Banned after one DC?" "Banned after drinking a glass of orange juice?"

Anyway, the system doesn't forget or discard the previous punishments on your account. If you're approaching a permaban, you will be right on the edge of that permaban forever, and the next recidivation gets you a perma.
