Ok, let me explain. When I say lvl 30 botters I mean someone that got to level 30 almost exclusively off vs ai. This leaves them with little to no pvp experience when they start playing ranked. Yes I know they are rare but I know for a fact that I have played with a few ( I'm low elo). All I am saying is that league should add a minimum amount of pvp games played before being allowed to play ranked. (please tell me if this already exist.)
I'm not sure how many brand new players are buying botted account, but I'd venture a guess that it's not very high. Most people who buy botted accounts are probably though who got perm-banned or smurfers or reverse-smurfers (those in low elo buying high elo account), etc. They probably already have pvp experience...
If people want to play ranked with no experience other then AI games, they're free to do that when they're level 30.
I don't see why you are negatively affected by this? Unless you're trying to blame your ranking on other people being unskilled instead of accepting the possibility you may not be more skilled than they are.
Say "co-op vs ai" instead of "botters". Some people will think you are talking about illegal botting accounts or buying accounts.
I agree with you. Players should have some PvP experience before playing ranked. Or, maybe, those that have a lot of PvP experience can start higher ranked.
