Was just curious if this is even Reportable
This was a ranked gamed and I just wanted to know if just playing to have fun and not playing to win in a ranked is reportable. Thank you

The only thing that is bannable is your name....but who gona be such big of an asshole to report that?

I think what they said isn't bannable, but if how they're playing really looks like trolling (fine line) then you could report that.
The only way that this would be reportable is if in game he fed or trolled and repeatedly saying "The game is to have fun" sarcastically. That's the only instance I think you could report a person for saying that. If they aren't blatantly trolling (going to other lanes and feeding, trolling jg by taking their camps,) or harassing (verbally), there is no way you can get a valid ban or report on them. Saying you're playing a game to have fun isn't reportable unless it ties into above, however I get the frustration when it comes to people not playing competitive to be competitive. No doubt it sucks when a laner gives up while saying "I'm here to have fun, not win", while the rest of the team is still trying to win and get lp.
