I got permabanned for flaming?

I just got my main account perma banned who i used for more then 5 years because of some heated games where i flamed I dont understand why didnt i just got chat restricted or a suspension. The flame wasnt even that bad compared with what i saw during the 5 years i had this account. I would like to know what could i do to recover my acc who I invested a lot of my money

I already tried to contact the game's support but only a bot replies.

The punishment ladder has tiers in the form of a 10-game chat restriction, a 25-game chat restriction, and a 14-day gameplay suspension. The final punishment is a permanent suspension, meaning you disregarded the multiple chances you were already given.

The only scenario where that wouldn't have happened is if you used zero-tolerance language (such as racism or homophobia) which would result in an immediate 14-day suspension, skipping over the previous 2 tiers.

In either case, you were warned on your last reform card that "Any continued negativity will result in a permanent suspension."

If you've never had a punishment before and you went right to a permanent suspension, this might have been an error and you can file a support ticket right here to discuss it.

Other people's wrongdoing doesn't justify your own. Riot doesn't want negativity in any capacity, that's why you're only shown your chat logs and no one else's.

If you went through the punishment tiers from start to finish, there is no way to recover that account. As of right now it's suspended indefinitely, sorry.

Side note, yeah, these logs are pretty bad.

No sympathy for anyone who uses autistic as an insult, that's unacceptable. Case closed.

I'm going to assume that you've had a 14 day ban On your 14 day ban report card it CLEARLY says that the next offence will lead to a permanent ban

Unfortunately, I'm afraid the account is lost. This is some rather severe flaming, and if it earned you a permanent ban that means that you previously had a 14-day ban as a final warning. Since that warning was clearly not enough for you to change your behavior, I cannot see Riot even begin to consider lifting this ban.

This doesnt seem escalation-worthy by their standards, so I'm guessing you've had previous punishments and didnt take any of it seriously. Now you know how serious they were. Rito dont like people fucking with their customers like that. You're costing them potential profits by flaming their customers so they're kicking you out.

Cant once you get perma banned sadly. This is just league bro. Make a new account and just mute everyone as soon as the game starts. Riot will never change their punishment system but I will admit you were being quite toxic.

Your chat logs indicate that you trash talk about your teammates, which doesn't provide anything to the team but makes them not want to continue playing the match out. How do you expect to get your account back if you never changed your behavior and with the previous warnings you got?
