Why does lower elo bot Lane not listen to mia pings?

I play with bronze-silver and occasional gold players. I play a lot of mid Lane and have a good idea when mid is roaming bot (90% of the time). Problem very few times I've seen bot Lane back away when I ping. So much that I've now started typing out insert midlaner coming bot but my bot Lane always decides that 3 cs is too important. When in playing adc my support won't decides to stay by the minions... When I play support same thing happens. Bot Lane gets double killed, now they're behind, now mids chances of winning are reduced.

What do i do to get not Lane to back away for a few seconds? I don't want to have to obnoxiously ping spam 1000 times but this is becoming really dumb.

You shove the wave and roam before them.

More time than not at lower elo you will fine players who dont respond well because or ping mutes, chat mutes, or play player flaw. The reason you see this in lower elo players is because. Its just that, they are in the elo they are at because of flaws like this one.

There is a reason they are in a lower elo. They don't know how to watch the map, listen to pings, track enemy roams, or anything outside of their own line. I'm stuck in low elo because of it. (I main support.)

Honestly, I don't even notice mia pings sometimes because the idiots in bronze think it's helpful to use it 6x after you die. I've heard that damned sound so often it just doesn't register in my mind as anything abnormal. Also, I kind of think you're supposed to follow your laner if they roam . . .
