I was supporting a community member who went AFK after my he went to go talk to his parents and my team reported me for it. After talking with numerous Riot Support members, they can not tell me why it was toxic but refuse to lift the ban. Told you I would not be dropping this "Two To Tango" and "Wafa V.V.".

Two To Tango closed the ticket after I said "I guess it takes more than Two of Riot's supporters to Tango". He didn't like it too much. He kept giving me the run of the mill B.S. and the pre-written responses instead of answering my question on how the chat logs warrant a perma-ban.

League has this thing called Name and Shame you should really take this down, or you could get banned*[zombie-nunu-tears]* and its because you said u have crabs and aids that you got banned. I 100 percent agree that it should be lifted but they only look at your chats and not everyone's which is stupid

They do this a lot you'll never get Riot to change anything. They don't know how to run the game so they let the players run it and 80% of the community are either trolls or people who start crap and then report you for defending yourself or in this case someone else...

Looks like the passive-aggressiveness deserves a punishment.

probably due to how often you were punished previously, you got permaed on this game.

Of course, there may be other games invovled which you aren't posting, but that would just mean you get more games inbetween a 14-day ban and a permaban.

Eitherway, it still deserves a punishment.

You chatlogs were fine for giving you a 10 cr punishment. Let me guess, you had one of these. After that your next punishment is a 25 cr. Let me guess, you had one of these. After that your punishment is a 14 day ban which TELLS YOU that your next punishment is a PERMA BAN.

You triggerd the system to get punished. It's not that bad for a instant perma ban but its bad enough if you need to get punished several times before. You dont want to behave better -> riot dont want you as a community member.

And by the way, the community decides what gets punished, not Riot.

I told them I'm not letting this go as I have had this account for almost 4 years now. I'm submitting a ticket a day and will up it to two a day until they finally tell me how the chat logs can warrant a permanent ban. The first ticket was closed and I opened a follow up ticket immediately when I found out the first one was closed. I'm literally not going to let this go.

I have a thing called revenge. I will post as many replies as it takes to get a comment from some Riot employee. They can do their name shame or whatever the hell they want. I will get an answer to my question even if it means I have to submit 6 tickets a day for 365 days. They block this account from posting and I simply make a new account. The process will not end. I put $80 in to that account and deserve a fucking response.

Most of your earlier comments can be taken as being passive-aggressive.

Unacceptable comment right here. You claim that it was a joke, but nowhere in the rest of the chat logs do you even state that it was a joke.

Laughing that someone will be reported. Not reportable by itself but it's still very unsportsmanlike.

Conclusion:

Allot of the comments you made in this game are mostly passive-aggressive ones, and common ones at that (i.e. "go cry about it" comments, "whatever kid" comments, etc.). The whole "crabs and aids" comment, joke or not, is unacceptable, especially since you never bothered to state that it was a joke. That's on you, not them.

Advice:

*Cool it with the passive-aggressive "kid" and "cry more" comments; they're not needed and make you look like an uncaring jerk. *If you're gonna make a joke, make sure that you actually state that it's a joke. Expecting people to automatically assume something's a joke because you meant it as a joke is unacceptable, especially if you make an immature joke like that one. Stating that something's a joke will limit the chances of someone taking it the wrong way,but there's still a time and a place for everything though despite that.

My Verdict: Punish.

Additional Notes:

Punishments are on an escalating tier system.

1st: 10-game chat restriction. 2nd: 25-game chat restriction. 3rd: 2-week ban. 4th: Permanent ban.

Dropping down a tier is possible if you put in the actual effort to reform, but because you didn't this time around, you got the next tier up the punishment ladder, which in this case was a permanent ban.

There are no special requirements of severity for permanent bans. You were punished based on the logs you were sent, but that punishment was a permanent ban because of your entire behavior history. Chat logs only show side of the equation, it does not speak to the frequency of your behavior which is a huge factor. You also need to understand that the chatlogs they send you are just examples, not a comprehensive list. No one is going to sit here and tell you this is an egregious offense. But you were constantly negative throughout the whole game and were insulting and condescending towards the people in your game.

I was defending one of my friends who had a confrontation with his dad and had to go AFK. How I got banned for that I do not know. Riot Behavior moderators can't even answer my question. That is the only chat log they shared with me in the message. I get told to chug bleach by other players in the community and I know for a fact (through a bug that allows me to still use the mobile app to see who is online and whatnot) that they have not been banned or punished AT ALL. Seems like this is not fair. Riot plays favorites?

And yes, I have been punished before. I let my brother play a game or two to try and get him interested. I've been trying to get him in to the game but now it looks like neither of us will be able to. The last ban was a two week ban. I had played about 200 games since the last ban. The funny thing is that a ban like this encourages me to make a new account and take toxic action towards the community. A rational response to a non-troll would be a perma-mute but rationality is not one of Riot's strong suits.
