hacked account

am looking for honest opions,several weeks ago i got a 2 week bann during the bann my account was hacked my banned ended but i never got a chance to log in due to being busy at work,when i finally logged in i saw a message sayin iw as permabanned eventually i couldnt sign in at all ,i immediately contacted riot support and asked for help resolving this situation,they helped me get access to my account back but said they would not remove my bann even if i wanst the one who played on my account,now ive had some really bad games in the past n i wont lie i have been toxic n raged ingame b4,but is it fair that i cant get my account back wen am not even the person who got it banned,what i took out of that is riot basically sayin we are sorry ur account was hacked but u used to be toxic so were not goin to unbann your account,is it ok for a company to treat payyin customers this way
