unfair ban
I have recently been banned because someone used a third party client to cheat on my account without my knowledge. this person hacked into my account even after i changed my password and used this software without my control. - used a third party software without my knowledge or control. to prevent the attack i changed my password and even after that my account was hacked and the hacker used third party software. this does not come into contact I believe with the terms of service because there is nothing i could do to stop the perpetrator i did the most i could do to stop this from happening. my question is what could i have done to stop a hacker from hacking into my account besides using a complex password as well as not telling anyone of the new or old password? is there some unknown way that stops all hackers from hacking your account? is so please tell me i would like to know so this does not happen to anyone every again.
