Hello Moderators,

I am seeking a way to consult with tier 2 support technicians who might actually review the conditions or validity of my permanent ban.

I am a business professional who plays this game from time to time with family and I have repeatedly been targeted by pre-made groups with negative attitudes who collude to report me at the end of the game.

When I was younger I played competitive FPS games and so I regularly communicate via chat to my team and apparently they think this is offensive? They are always cursing at me or baiting me into fighting in chat.

I recently became aware of the reporting tier system and each time i've been reported I feel that it was an abuse of the reporting system by other players who are equally if not more liable for their negative behavior.

I didn't come here to argue just to seek resolution I have a level 42 with items i've earned through regulary play and I really enjoy League of Legends I do not see why I was banned without any actual review of the content. I always give 110% to every game even when my team attacks me in chat. All I want is to be able to play with family I don't think this was a valid "perma ban".

People cannot abuse the reporting system if you do not break any rules. You can be reported in every single game you play from now until you are level 1000 and if you do not have any toxicity in your chat, you won't even see a chat restriction. Other people negative behaviors do not excuse your own. You are a business professional so you must know of personal responsibility and accountability yes?

You asked for "tier 2" support implies you've already been to "tier 1" (aka the support ticket/live chat everyone else uses). There is no tier 2 and if both the IFS and the support agent already reviewed your account. That's that. Your best option is keep banging on "tier 1" and hope for the best.

To get to perma ban stage, you'd have to go through 4 different punishments: 10 chat restrictions, 25 CR, 14-day ban, perma ban or you used some language very unbecoming of a business professional to earn a straight to 14-day ban escalation. The time to make such inquiry was at the 14-day ban stage because it clearly said that the next punishment is a perma ban. Do business professionals not read all contracts/agreements because hitting that "I understand" button?

Under normal circumstances a permaban only happens after receiving at least 35-games worth of chat restrictions and a 2-week ban (or just a 2-week ban if zero-tolerance policy behavior (poor gameplay behavior, racial slurs, death threats/wishes, etc.) was displayed) and still displaying negative behavior despite that. All it takes is one report to flag a game for review (multiple reports don't change that), so even if you were targeted by premades as you say it wouldn't matter so long as you didn't display punish worthy behavior.

As for your ban being unfair or not, we can't say for sure until you post your entire unedited Reform Card here in this thread.

If you got banned for being toxic etc Post chat logs

And it's impossible to abuse the report system as a premade because 1 report = 4 reports = 9 reports And just that 1 report will get the game reviewed and punishments will be given if someone broke the rules

before a permaban you have had previous punishments which includes a 14 day ban and possible chat restrictions So i honestly don't believe that the permaban was unjustified But we will see

Did you get banned for chat behavior or inting? What does your card say?

If people report you with no grounds to report you then you wont get punished. People can mass report you and you wont get punished as long as you arent doing anything wrong.

I recommend sending a support ticket into riot if you want to discuss the ban itself. Mods here cant help you since they dont work for riot they're just mods for the boards.

Nobody here can do anything about your punishment. If you feel like it was in error (it was not), then open a ticket with Riot support.

Someone having a bad attitude is not an excuse for you to have a bad attitude.

Valid reports count. Invalid reports do not. Number of reports per game does not matter.

It sounds to me like you acknowledge your chat is negative in nature, just less so than some other people. Can you post your full, unedited chat logs so we can help you understand why you got punished?

Pretty sure you can only escalate through support tickets, but your chances are slim.
