plain and simple using chat will only get you a penalty and riot will find a way to legitimise it even if YOU ARE A VETERAN PLAYER(3year+), HONOR 5 FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND ONLY GOT PUNISHED ONE TIME IN ALL THAT TIME! here is my full chat log for punishment and after the few outlined ''negative/toxic'' lines

You're constantly talking down to people and you maintained a negative attitude throughout this entire match.

_ You being a veteran player doesn't mean you can skirt by without punishment._

Being a veteran player doesn't mean that you're exempt from the rules that everyone else has to abide to.

As others has said you being a veteran dont mean you can break the rules. Same goes for honor lvl. Even if your something like honor lvl 5 its NOT a excuus for your behavior.

and even then you could've phrased it in a non toxic way. You then proceeded to egg on sivir the whole game. That alone constitutes a ban. Maybe you could've muted Sivir right after she said her game was bugged. Are you that triggered enough to rant on what Sivir said?

Played from the start of Season 1 and no punishments ever, even though I use the chat function.

Doesn't grant you any special treatment, no matter how long you have played the game/how much money you've spent on the game.

even trying to make the guy understand what he did was not ok...

People who are legitimately trolling don't care if you try to reason with them. They are just looking to draw out anger from teammates. The best solution is always mute and report.

While sure your negativity this game wasn't that harsh, it's still negative, and I agree on what Hotarµ said:

Don't explain anything to supports. If someone is trolling report them. If someone is flaming mute them. Focus on the game and give only constructive feed back.
