Riot doesn't tolerate slurs. I assume your "%%%" was a slur. If you weren't permanently banned, you're lucky.
'%%%' is not an allowed term. If you want people to be respectful of your deafness, why don't you learn to be respectful of others.
Are they your friends? If not, there really isn't a way to know whether they have been restricted or not.
